Purchased a 2016 nissan pathfinder on 02/2024

I had the pleasure to have been helped by Michael. I was in a dire situation as my vehicle that I use for family and business was totaled by a U-Haul. Michael, Jess and her husband heard my reasons for needing an SUV, my situation and her husband immediately let me know of a Nissan Pathfinder that Michael showed me and Jess was able to get me financed for. I wanted to cry because this was life-saving, in that very moment I was relieved to have a car for my business but most importantly for my babies. I felt so heard by them, so understood and was helped from start to finish. I drove an hour and a half to see them and I’ll do it again for all my car needs. They by far have been the best experience I’ve had with any vehicle I’ve purchased since 2005. I felt so comfortable signing my loan and the terms, I was beyond excited. Also, I want to note I am a female and I went in there alone to purchase a vehicle. Not once did I feel like I was being played, seriously Michael, Jess and her husband all made me feel so soooooooo comfortable, they truly helped me, they got me the car I wanted and I was able to go home with my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. My son was also relieved and grateful when I arrived home with the car. Oh and I had to leave my rental with them and they made sure that my rental was safe. I truly appreciate you Michael for your kind words and your help and how you promised me I wasn’t going to leave there without a car. That you got me. And Jess thank you for making the finance part happen as that was one of my biggest concerns. You heard my budget, you got me the warranty, you heard my story and the APR plus the car payment were two great factors. And you look like Gwen Stefani! And to your husband thank you so so so much for thinking quick and offering this Nissan to me. I've been to many dealerships in my time driving and the very best experience i've ever had came from dealing with Sunrise Certified and car dealer Jessica. She went out her way to find me a car and at the best deal possible. I have no complaints at all. Left with a nice ride and pockets still in tact lol. I recommend anyone coming here.
